This IAVA advertisement, released in October 2004, features SPC Robert Acosta, a veteran of the Iraq war and an amputee. With support from our grassroots network, the  ad ran 47 times on CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, and the WB, and received widespread news coverage, including a feature on CNN's "Wolf Blitzer Reports" and an article and picture on the front page of the Sunday "New York Times."
